*selecting a childbirth class series
choose a teacher and style that suits you and your partner

*fact versus fiction 
regarding the safety of homebirth, vaginal birth after cesarean (VBAC), natural birth, induction, and the current local climate regarding birth issues and management in the medical world.

*what to include in your birth plan
specific to where on Oahu you plan to deliver

This class includes a folder with information on local community resources for naturally minded families, fun activities for you once baby is born, support groups, eco-friendly living resources, and referrals for local businesses, classes, and events.

$45 person/$60 couple 
private consulting for natural birth planning $125 per session
